St. Michael High School celebrated its annual Service Mass this morning and honored students for their standardized testing achievements and excellence in service.
Several St. Michael students were inducted into the ACT 30+ club. Congratulations to the following students for achieving a composite score of 30 or higher on the ACT test: Cooper Bankston, Bennett Blank, Isabella Bull, Emma Collett, Lauren Crow, Angelique Deville, Madelyn Fitch, Braeden Fox, Will Godbery, John Latona, Christian Martin, Anh-Tu Nguyen, Ashton Richardson, Beverly Smith, Allie Waguespack, Allyson Zylicz, Blaise Fox, and Andrew Rhodes. Camille Hardee from the class of 2021 also received this honor. The ACT Achievement Award was also presented to 31 students who have improved by 3 or more points on the ACT.
Additionally, the St. Teresa of Calcutta award was presented to Julia Coffey and Nicholas Johnson. This award is presented to one male and female who have embodied the call to serve like Christ throughout their high school careers. Over 125 students were also presented with awards for going above and beyond the minimum requirement of service hours for the 2021-2022 school year.
