Our Philosophy
St. Michael the Archangel Diocesan Regional Catholic High School is founded on the belief that we are persons uniquely gifted by God. Students are given the opportunity to acquire knowledge and to recognize and develop their God-given talents within the context and tradition of a Catholic co-educational community. We believe that the experience of a Christian environment, where the virtues of love, respect, unity and dignity are expounded, enables each one of us to accept Jesus as a model and teacher and to understand the message of the gospels.
The St. Michael Difference Matters
St. Michael is a co-educational, college preparatory school, grades 9-12, for students who are seeking a traditional, comprehensive Catholic education. With a passionate, experienced faculty and a rich and challenging curriculum, St. Michael provides the ideal environment for students to achieve their full potential. Students are encouraged to work hard, to dream big, and to see academic success as an exciting and worthwhile pursuit. St. Michael the Archangel Diocesan Regional Catholic High School was established in 1984 by the Catholic Diocese of Baton Rouge.
