As an instructional and spiritual leader in the school community, the Assistant Principal works collaboratively with the administrative team to advance the mission of the school. St. Michael High School is currently accepting applications for the position of Public Relations Coordinator. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, public relations, or related field. Experience in communications a plus. Excellent speaking and writing skills required. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a positive public image for the school; positively shaping public opinion; creating and managing media (from researching, writing, and distributing press releases for targeted media to managing social media sites); assisting in management of school website; and, preparing and supervising production of school brochures, magazines, and direct mail pieces.
