Monday:March 23
Please collect for the rice bowl this morning. We only have two weeks let to help out those in need.

This is a reminder to ALL students that service hours are due Wednesday, March 25.

If you missed signing up for Powder Puff and would like to, please send Ms. Berthelot an email or stop by her office to let her know. On each grade’s moodle page, you will see who signed up to play, coach or cheer for your grade. Each grade needs more coaches and cheerleaders, so try to recruit those. You will need to let Ms. Berthelot know who the captain of each grade’s team will be and there will be a captain meeting soon. You can appoint a captain and a co-captain. Any questions, please see Ms. Berthelot.

Auditions for the annual SMHS Talent Show will be held on Wednesday, March 25th at the beginning of all lunch periods. If you would like to audition, please see Mr. Roddy in Room 201 or Mr. McPherson in Room 111 for a tryout sheet.

If you attended Abby Fest this weekend, please pick up your t-shirt in Campus Ministry today.
Tuesday:March 24
Tomorrow we will have 7th graders visiting our school in the morning. They will be shadowing freshmen to their classes. Please welcome them to our campus, and let’s show them our Warrior Pride.

Don’t forget – SERVICE HOURS ARE DUE TOMORROW.

Just a reminder, student council executive packets are available in the office. If you are a leader and want to make a difference, make sure to apply for a student council position. Packets are due back Monday, March 30.

Seniors, please remember on Wednesday your required data form to Ms. LaBonte is due and your senior information page is due to Ms. Berthelot.

Congratulations to the Girls and Boys Bowling Teams who are advancing to the 2nd round of regionals tomorrow after their victories yesterday. 200 games were bowled by Kacie Crouch and Bennett Smith.

Congratulations to the boys and girls tennis teams for beating St. Amant yesterday. The girls won 3-2 and the boys won 5 to 0.

Teachers and students: Please take a few minutes to collect for the Rice Bowl this morning. Your contribution means that a person in need may not have to go hungry.
Wednesday:March 25
Please welcome the visiting 7th graders to our campus, and let’s show them our Warrior Pride.

Please take a few minutes this morning to collect for the rice bowl and send the money to the office immediately.

Tomorrow is career day you will receive your schedule during 1st hour. Please show our visitors a warm Warrior welcome!

Thursday:March 26
Today we will follow a special career day schedule.

Mr. McCaughey will be here today in the library during all three lunch shifts to assist anyone with math or science.

Congratulations to the girls and boys tennis teams. Both teams beat Live Oak 5-0. Great job Warriors!

Congratulations to the boys bowling team they defeated #3 seed Runnels to advance to the bi-regionals on Tuesday. The girls bowling team was tied going into the 3rd game against Denham Springs they give a good fight but fell. 200 games were bowled by Cole McCullough, Bennett Smith, Andrew Rackley and Casey Crouch.

Hurdlers will practice at Broadmoor today at 3:15 p.m
Friday:March 27
Please join us today in campus ministry for our last Lenten lunch. Today we will have a short prayer service during the last ten minutes of the hour. Bring your intentions and come pray with us!

Only four more days to collect for the Rice Bowl. Please be generous.

Just a reminder, anyone looking to run for executive student council office, packets are due Monday.

Ladies, its prom season. If any of you are shopping for dresses and not sure about the appropriateness, please feel free to bring your questions to Ms. Berthelot or bring in your dress to get it approved. Don’t wait too long because alterations do take time.

We want to wish our Warrior Band good luck as they perform this afternoon at District Assessment. We know they will do their best and make us Warrior Proud!
