Fr. Matthew will NOT be on campus today.

Students are asked to bring earbuds to school tomorrow they will need them for their Advisory session.

Congratulations to the Warrior football team for their 43-7 victory over Tara Friday night. With this win the Warriors improved their record to 8-0 for the first time in school history. Great job Warriors!

Remember students, those wanting to sign up for the hunger walk, permission slips and registration money needs to be turned in tomorrow.

Juniors don’t forget Ring night is Wednesday. Make sure to talk to your parents and discuss the packet that was given to you. Any questions, see Ms. Berthelot.

According to the temperature gauges for the class cup competitions, the seniors are sweeping the underclassmen. So c’mon SMHS and help us scare up some good times and help raise money for the Capital Campaign while putting some points up on the board for your class. This Friday we are going to have a ghoulish time dressing up and all you have to do is buy a ticket through your first hour teacher on Wednesday or Thursday for $5.

Now regarding dress. Just like with Homecoming week, the same parameters exist. If you are wearing leggings, you must wear basketball shorts with that outfit. If you wear shorts with your costume, you must wear basketball shorts to the knee. If you are wearing a mask, the mask must be removable. No body painting allowed. Let the competition begin!!!!!

Liturgy choir will practice the last 20 minutes of all lunch periods this Wednesday, October 29. Please meet in Campus Ministry the last 20 minutes of lunch.

The Director of Admissions for Loyola University New Orleans, will be visiting our campus this Wednesday. Any senior who would like to attend the Loyola presentation must email Mrs. LaBonte by 12:00 PM tomorrow. Please check Moodle for further details.

Meetings:
Student Council officers, only officers, we will have a meeting tomorrow at 6:45 AM. There is a lot to discuss and plan, so please be on time.
Tuesday:October 28
All Ambassadors that acted as tour guides or door holders will meet tomorrow at all lunch shifts in the Cooking Lab. We will be writing thank-you notes, and you will receive your hours for training and working Open House.

Members of the Robotics Team can their t-shirts tomorrow.

The Admissions Counselor for the University of Louisiana at Lafayette will be visiting our campus today. Please be sure to stop by the table located in the cafeteria and ask the admissions counselor any questions that you may have regarding UL-Lafayette. Please see Moodle for further details.

St. Michael will host a MP3 this Saturday, November 1. Join us for a night of praise, worship, inflatables, games, confession and adoration. Paul Hood will be our speaker and you will certainly not want to miss. The cost is $10. The first 100 to register get a free t-shirt. Congratulations to Cross Country boys for finishing 3rd of 21 teams in Natchitoches last weekend. The girls finished 6th of 13 teams. Alex Landry and Rachel Pendleton were Top 10.

The Student Council induction will take place after Mass today. All Student Council officers, please make sure to sit in the first few rows to the left of the stage. Student Council homeroom representatives may sit with your class.
