Fr. Matthew will not be on campus today due to a funeral.

We will have early dismissal on Wednesday, March 4 all buses will run as usual.

Campus ministry presents its first Lenten Lunch this Friday in the cooking lab. Bring $1 to donate to the Rice Bowl and join in a simple meal of rice and bread as we enter into solidarity with those who are less fortunate. There will also be a presentation and discussion on fair trade.

Congratulations to the baseball team for winning two games on Saturday, 6 to 5 over Neville High School and 7 to 2 over Comeaux High School. The team will be back in action Tuesday at U-High at 3:30.

Congratulations to the Lady Warriors softball team on their 25-1 victory Friday over Woodlawn to open up the 2015 season. Come out and support your Lady Warriors this week as they play at home Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Tuesday:March 3
Students, since tomorrow is 11:30 a.m. dismissal there will be no lunch vendors on campus. All buses will run.

There are still a few spots available for those who would like to go to Abbey Youth Fest. Turn in your permission packet and your money by this Thursday to secure a spot.

Congratulations to both the girls and boys tennis teams for winning all 10 courts in their match against Lutcher on Monday.
Winning singles was Whitney Hamilton, Austyn Germany, Cameron Andry and Jeremy Braud.
Girls doubles team winners were Shelby Broussard & Laken Marionneaux; Megan Broussard & Caroline Pike; and Halie Braud & Jana Noel.
Winning the boys doubles were the teams of Jack Cane & Colin Shortess; Seth Ard & Mark Segalla; and Matthew Miller & Phillip Morley.
Next they face Episcopal at Episcopal on Wednesday. Good Luck!

Attention Science Club members: There will be a mandatory science club meeting on Thursday after school.
Wednesday:March 4
Any sophomores or juniors interested in taking yearbook class next year should pick up an application. See Mrs. Bergeron in room 206 to get an application for the class.

Seniors and faculty, Friday we will celebrate the colleges that we are attending or have attended. Friday, all seniors and faculty may wear their college sweatshirt or t-shirt with appropriate jeans and tennis shoes.

Congratulations to the boys basketball team for defeating Leesville last night. The boys move onto the quarterfinals to face Peabody at home on Friday, time to be announced.

There will be a spirit club meeting tomorrow, Thursday, at 6:45 a.m. in the Cafeteria.
Thursday:March 5
Congratulations to the girls and boys tennis teams beating Episcopal Wednesday afternoon. The girls team won 3-2, sweeping all three doubles courts. Playing doubles were Shelby Broussard & Laken Marionneaux; Megan Broussard & Caroline Pike; and Halie Braud & Austyn Germany.
The boys won 5-0 with Cameron Andry and Jeremy Braud playing singles, and doubles teams of Jack Cane and Colin Shortess; James Ensminger & Matthew Miller; and Phillip Morley and William Sherman.

The tennis team will play Runnels Thursday afternoon. Geaux Warriors!

Congratulations to the bowling team the girls defeated University Lab 23-4 and the boys defeated Tara 24-3. 200 games were bowled by Cole McCullough.

The Boys Basketball team will play Peabody in the Quarter-Finals Friday at 7:00 p.m. at St. Michael High School. A full capacity attendance is expected, so make sure you get to the Gym early so that you are not turned away at the door.

The Science Club will meet today after school.
