Athletic training is an allied health profession within the American Medical Association. Our mission is to enhance the quality of health care for the physically active through prevention, evaluation, management, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. Licensed athletic trainers are part of a Sports Medicine team approach of total medical care including the athlete, coaches, orthopedic physician and allied health medical specialists. |

Peak Performance Partnership
As part of their high school sports Outreach Program, Peak Performance Physical Therapy provides sports medicine coverage for St. Michael the Archangel student-athletes. Peak Performance provides a physical therapist to work closely with our athletic trainer, coaches, and local physicians to provide a team approach to the prevention and treatment of injuries sustained during competition. Peak’s philosophy is to return our athletes to competition in the quickest, safest manner possible by incorporating a hands-on therapy approach and giving quality, personalized service. Peak Performance Physical Therapy is a provider for all major insurance companies. |
